Buying with Iconics
Available items can be ordered here on our online store. An order is confirmed after payment and receipt of an order confirmation by Iconics.
Iconics’ bags, shoes, clothing and accessories are selected and curated with the outmost care, with attention to fashion trends and always the satisfaction of our clients as goal. Our selection is made based on a list of accepted designers and conditions.

Can I make an offer?
Yes, you can make an offer on any item available on Iconics. A feedback on you offer will be sent by mail within 24hours. Your price offer cannot be set at more than 35% of the original sale price, these offers are generally automatically declined.
Remember that making an offer does not result into a reservation of the item. The items, as long as they are not order, stay available for the public.

To use a discount/promo code on your order, simply enter the “CODE” in the discount code field when you complete your order. Click on “Add” and your order value will automatically be recalculated.

How can I pay for my order in 3 or less instalments?
Iconics can work out a tailored pay-over-time solution for an eligible item. Please contact us on info@iconics.eu.
However, the 1st debit on the day the order has to be placed. This is 40% of the shopping bag value.


KLARNA ‘Slice it’ for Germany, Austria and Finland.*
Klarna is a payment solution that allows you to pay for your order in one or several instalments. Gain more flexibility!
Slice it, also referred to as ‘Pay over time’, offers our customers an easily accessible consumer financing plan. In the checkout, our customer can choose the amount of monthly instalments it wants to slice up the payment in; ranging from anywhere between 3-36 months. While your customer picks its preferred amount of monthly instalments, the credit check runs automatically in the background. This check makes sure the system only shows instalment options your customer is eligible for.
'Slice it' is available for customers from Germany, Austria and Finland.

Want to reserve an item on Iconics?
To access this option, you need to have placed other sales in past with Iconics by sending us an email on info@iconics.eu
If you are a new client an 1st debit of 30% must be paid to reserve an item.


Shipping & Returns  
You can return items within 14 days after you received your order.
To return your item, log into your account and follow these steps;
- On the website: “Shipping & Returns” scroll below and download the return form. Fill it in and mail it to info@iconics.eu. You will receive the instructions by mail within 24 hours.
