SHIPPING 
The shipping fee covers the processing, quality packaging and ensured transport of your order. Iconics products are shipped from EUROPE (Monaco) or UAE. Packages are shipped with DHL/Express or UPS  depending on location.

Signature confirmation is always required.

All orders are shipped in nondescript packaging. 
Delivery times may vary but find beneath our best approximation for your specific country and shipping method. Deliveries occur only on weekdays and Saturday.

  • Europe (3- 7 DAYS)
  • Dubai  (3- 7 DAYS)
  • Asia & other countries (7 - 9 DAYS)

 

ORDER STATUS & HISTORY
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering. 
All orders will be shipped generally within 1 business day from the receipt of payment. 
  
RETURNS 
Returns are accepted within 3 days from delivery. 

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the Iconics original packaging
  • Returned items must have no NEW visible signs of wear or use.
  • A full refund will be issued within 5 bank days upon receipt of the returned compliant item. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. 
  • Shipping costs of the returned items are the responsibility of the client
  • Returned items must be accompanied by the filled in RETURN FORM to the address mentioned on the form.
